Air Quality Flag NightAug 23 2008 - 3:00pm Aug 23 2008 - 10:00pm About the American Lung Association of California Air Quality FLAG Program The American Lung Association of California Air Quality FLAG Program communicates the daily air pollution risks by utilizing colored flags corresponding to the health descriptors of the Air Quality Index. Along with the health precautions people will be encouraged to participate in environment friendly activities such as: limiting power usage during peak hours, car-pooling, and abstaining from wood-burning. Each company that agrees to be part of the Air Quality FLAG program will receive 12 tickets to a kickoff picnic in the Tecate Cantina at the Fresno Grizzlies game August 23, 2008. Tickets include a meal and admission to the game. At the picnic each company will receive their air quality flags.
